Alignment Coaching
Whether you are rebuilding after a painful chapter of life or simply longing for greater clarity about what comes next, there often comes a moment when the questions you are asking begin to change. Instead of only asking, “What should I do next?” you may begin asking:
Who am I beneath my circumstances?
What am I truly here to contribute?
What kind of life am I meant to create?
These are not small questions. And while there is no shortage of motivational videos, inspirational messages, and advice telling us how to improve our lives, it can be much harder to find a meaningful framework for understanding who we are and how we want to live. My coaching is designed to provide that framework. The work is rooted in a simple belief: your past may have shaped you, but it does not have to determine your future. There is still wisdom within you, purpose within you, and a future that can be built with greater intention.
WHY THIS COACHING PROGRAM EXISTS?
The inspiration for this work is deeply personal. I originally wrote Stuck in Yesterday: Visionary Practices for Building a Purposeful Future for my dear friend Francesca after she experienced one of the most frightening and destabilizing periods of her life. She had lost so much and was struggling with a question many of us eventually face in one form or another: How do I move forward when part of me is still stuck in what happened?
Francesca did not need another person simply telling her to stay positive or “move on.” She needed a way to understand herself again. She needed practical tools, timeless wisdom, reflection, and compassionate guidance that could help her begin rebuilding her life one step at a time.
That journey became the inspiration for Stuck in Yesterday and for the coaching experience I now offer.

ABOUT THE ONLINE GROUP COACHING
Transformation rarely happens alone. Throughout the program you will be part of an intimate coaching community where participants support, encourage, and learn from one another. Together we will celebrate breakthroughs, navigate obstacles, and help each participant gain the clarity needed to move confidently toward their purpose.

Meetings will be held every Tuesday from 6:00 - 7:30 PM Eastern Time for eight weeks.
